摘要
简述了电子探针分析仪的原理,并以某铜银锑矿、微细粒金矿为例,分别介绍了电子探针在矿物形貌特征、组成元素的赋存状态等工艺矿物学方面的应用。
The principles of electron probe micro-analyzer is described in this paper,and a copper-silver-antimony ore,and a micro-grained gold ore are taken as examples to introduce the application of EPMA in process mineralogy study of mineral morphology characterization and the occurrence of component elements,etc.
