正交试验法优选吴茱萸酸水提取工艺 被引量:5

摘要 目的:用正交实验提取吴茱萸中有效成分吴莱萸碱,优选吴茱萸的提取路线。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定吴茱萸酸水提物中吴茱萸碱的含量,求出最佳条件。结果:实验表明,酸水浓度、浸泡时间对吴茱萸碱的提取影响较大,煎煮时间则次之。结论:经筛选,吴莱萸中生物碱水提取的工艺路线为:吴茱萸浸泡1.5 h、煎煮30 min、醋酸浓度为1%,在此条件下吴茱萸中生物碱提取完全。 Objective:To Extract rutaecarpine which is the effective component in Evodia rutaecarpa by orthogonal experiment and then optimize the extracting course.Methods:To determine the content of rutaecarpine which was extracted from the aqueous extract of xanthoxylic acid and work out the optimum condition through the way of HPLC.Results:The experiment showed that decoction time and menstruum dosage had more significant influence on extracting rutaecarpine,and decoction hour took the second place.Conclusion:Through the comparison,the best technique to extract rutaecarpine from Evodia rutaecarpa is marinating Evodia rutaecarpa for 1.5 h,then another half hour for decoction,with the 1% consistency of acetic acid.Under this condition,the rutaecarpine is extracted completely.
