摘要
目的:观察传统正骨手法配合中药外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将70例急性踝关节扭伤患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各35例,治疗组采用正骨手法配合天一散外敷,对照组单纯采用天一散外敷,1疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为88.58%,对照组为71.43%(P<0.05)。结论:手法配合中药外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效优于单纯中药外敷组。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of using traditional setting manipulation with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute ankle sprain.Methods：70 patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（35 cases）.The treatment group was given traditional setting manipulation traditional bone setting manipulation with external application of Tianyi powder.The control group was treated with Tianyi powder After,a course of treatment,effects were observed.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.58% and the rate of the,control group was 71.43%（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of traditional setting manipulation with txternal application of chinese medicine achieres kseser acratine effects than the singre use of txternal manipulation in the treatment of acute ankse sprain.
