摘要 综述了近几年公开发表的一些研究结果,就乳酸菌对促进营养物质的吸收、预防和治疗疾病以及增强机体免疫力等益生功能的研究现状作了介绍,探讨了乳酸菌益生功能的作用机制,并对今后研究的发展方向作了简单分析。 In this article,some published datas about lactic acid bacteria(LAB) in public were reviewed,the function of LAB,such as absorption of nutrients,prevention and therapy of disease and enhancement of the host's immune response was summarized,the mechanisms of healthy function were illustrated,and the research development on LAB in the future was also briefly analyzed.
