摘要
通过8种药剂对桃蚜室内毒力测定表明,24h后对桃蚜活性较高的药剂为新烟碱类和苏云金杆菌类的杀虫剂,拟除虫菊酯类活性较低。其中必喜表现出对桃蚜极高的活性,其LC50值仅有0.019mg/L;其次为阿维菌素、优化Bt、吡虫啉,其LC50值为0.038~0.309mg/L。48h后各药剂的毒性均增大。其中必喜LC50值最小,为0.014mg/L;其次为阿维菌素、优化Bt、吡虫啉,其LC50值为0.036~0.26mg/L。
Toxicities test of eight insecticides to Myzus persicae Sulzer were analysed.The result showed that Neonicotinoid and Bacillus thuringiensis present the best activity for Myzus persicae Sulzer in 24h after the treaments.Imidacloprid LC50 were 0.019 mg/L,avermectins(LC50 0.038 mg/L).Pyrethroid with the low activity for Myzus persicae Sulzer,their LC50 were 0.51~0.646 mg/L.The results also showed that the higher toxicity after 48 h treament,imidacloprid LC50 were 0.014 mg/L,avermectins(LC50 0.036 mg/L),Bacillus thuringiensis(LC50 0.079 mg/L).We found that pyrethroid insecticides were not safe for the natural enemy,so imidacloprid,Bacillus thuringiensis were suggested for the comtrol of Myzus persicae Sulzer.
