摘要
介绍了一种强度调制式反射光纤位移传感器，给出了光路同性干扰补偿机理，采用单片机实现了同性干扰和传感器线性的智能补偿。
A intensity modulation fiber-optic displacement transducer of reflection style is described. The compensation principle of the same disturbance of the optic path is presented. The disturbance and the linearity of the transducer are compensated intelligent adoption micro controller.
