摘要
XYPEX水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料在20世纪八九十年代开始在我国应用之后,以其良好的防水性能,及施工便捷、耐酸碱、抗腐蚀、无污染等特点逐渐被推广和应用。试验证明:在混凝土表面涂刷XYPEX浓缩剂对提高其抗冻性有帮助,且受冻前XYPEX龄期越长效果越明显;混凝土本身的龄期长短不同,冻融破坏的表现形式和XYPEX影响程度均不同。早龄期(28d)混凝土受冻后发生表面剥落,表面涂XYPEX之后抗冻性提高显著,而龄期较大(56d)混凝土受冻后虽然动弹模明显下降但表面剥蚀现象不严重,表面是否涂XYPEX对抗冻性影响不大。此外,养护条件对XYPEX的抗冻效果有影响,泡水养护的XYPEX保护层对提高抗冻性效果比喷水养护更好,因此XYPEX适合应用于水工混凝土等水分充足的工程环境中。
XYPEX cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing material has been used in our country from the eighties and nineties of the last century and gradually popularized as its good waterproof performance,convenient construction,acid and alkali resistance,anti-corrosion,no pollution.The experiment in this paper shows that XYPEX brushed on the concrete surface is good for improving frost resistance of concrete and the effect is more obvious when the age of XYPEX is longer before subjected to freeze-thaw cycle.The form of freeze-thaw damage and the influ-ence degree of XYPEX are both different with different age of concrete samples.The scarfskin of Early-aged(28 days)concrete samples was flaked after freeze-thaw cycle and the frost resistance of samples with XYPEX on surface was more obviously improved than the samples'surface with nothing.However,after the long-aged(56 days)concrete samples subjected to freeze-thaw cycle,their dynamic elastic modulus decreased rapidly,but erosion of their scarfskin was not serious.Besides,curing conditions had influence on the freezing effect of XYPEX.Immerse the samples with XYPEX on their surface into water when curing had better results than spraying water onto XYPEX concentrates,so XYPEX cementitious capil-lary crystalline waterproofing material is suitable for sufficient-water environment,for example a hydraulic concrete project.
