摘要
基于动力模型试验的动力相似准则,经一系列配合比和力学性能试验及动弹性模量超声波检测,研制了新型高混凝土坝动力试验模型材料DMM。初次提出以河砂作为混凝土坝动力相似材料的粗骨料主材,显示出能够借此有效调控动弹性模量和材料重度的新特点,明显优于石英砂等材料。大量试验结果表明,DMM材料不仅重度高、动弹性模量低,且其应力-应变关系中具有稳定而明显的线弹性阶段,符合高混凝土坝动力模型试验和相似准则的基本要求,且环保无毒、价廉、制作周期较短,可成为优良的动力相似材料。
Based on the dynamic similarity criteria of dynamic model tests,a new type of dynamic test model materials of high concrete dams named DMM has been developed through a series of tests of proportion of mixture and mechanical properties as well as the ultrasonic detection.The fluvial sand being used as the coarse aggregate in the dynamic similarity material of concrete dams has been presented for first time.It has been found that by the way of regulating its mixture proportion the dynamic elastic modulus and density of the model material can be controlled and adjusted efficiently.So it's significantly better than the quartz sand and so forth.The results of a large number of experiments show that DMM material has advantages of not only the high density,low dynamic elastic modulus,but also stable and apparent linear elastic stage involved in its stress-strain relation,with a stable and significant linear elasticity,conforming to the basic requirements of dynamic model test of high concrete dam and similarity criteria.It is green and non-toxic,cheap and its making is shorter.It's expected to be a excellent dynamic similarity material.
