摘要
目的评价心理健康教育对精神分裂症患者亲属心理健康状况的影响。方法对符合标准的亲属在患者入院时和出院时进行问卷调查,调查采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)。入院后对患者家属进行心理健康教育,并在入院和出院时分别进行SCL-90评分比较。结果患者亲属在抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分同国内常模比较有统计学差异(t=2.28,2.38,2.54;P<0.05);心理健康教育后患者亲属SCL-90各因子评分均有不同程度的下降,其中抑郁4、焦虑5、恐怖6因子分同健康教育前相比有统计学差异(t=2.20,2.80,2.35;P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者亲属心理健康状况较差,通过心理健康教育可以提高亲属的心理健康状况。
Objective To evaluate the impact of mental health education on the mental state of the families of the patients with schizophrenia.Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey by using symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) among the families of the patients with schizophrenia at admission and discharge.We perfomed mental health education among the families at admission,and compared the scores of SCL-90 between admission and discharge.Results There was statistical difference on factor scores of depression,anxiety and fear between the families and the normal group(t=2.28,2.38,2.54,P〈0.05),and after mental health education,all factor-scores of SCL-90 were lower at different degree,in which,the factor scores of depression,anxiety and fear showed statistical difference compared with before health education(t=2.20,2.80,2.35;P〈0.05).Conclusion The mental state of the families of the patients with schizophrenia is poor,mental health education may improve the mental state of those families.
