摘要
旨在通过探索公司企业家精神的中介作用打开首席执行官的变革型领导行为与企业绩效之间关系的"黑箱"。目前,在企业层面上探讨首席执行官的变革型领导行为与企业绩效之间的中介变量的研究几乎空白,基于此,首次提出了以公司企业家精神作为首席执行官变革型领导行为作用于企业绩效的中介机制的理论模型,并通过珠三角地区的192家企业进行了实证检验。研究结果表明,首席执行官的变革型领导行为对企业绩效具有显著的影响,公司企业家精神在两者之间的关系中起部分中介作用。
This study aimed to explore the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship in order to open the ″black box″ between CEO transformational leadership and firm performance.There is almost empty in current literature which explores the mediating mechanism between CEO transformational leadership and firm performance on the firm level.Therefore,this study firstly proposed a theoretical model of corporate entrepreneurship as a mediator between CEO transformational leadership and firm performance at the first time.Then we examined this model in 192 company of Pearl River Delta.The results show that CEO transformational leadership has a significant impact on firm performance,and that corporate entrepreneurship plays mediating role in the relationship between CEO transformational leadership and firm performance.
