摘要
长株潭城市群作为"两型社会"建设配套改革的国家级试验区和湖南经济社会发展的核心增长点,近3年来取得了历史性进展。其标志之一,就是摆脱原有城市发展模式,着力构筑一个具有国际品质的现代化生态城市群。按照党的十七届五中全会关于"加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,提高生态文明水平"的精神和省委、省政府《关于加快经济发展方式转变,推进两型社会的决定》要求,长株潭城市群确立并实施通江达海战略,意义重大,正当其时。
As a national pilot area of ＂two types society＂ reform, core growth point of economic and social development in Hunan, Shangsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, the urban agglomeration, has made historic progress in the last 3 years. One of the signs is to get rid of the existing urban development patterns, and build a modern international-quality and eeo-city group. In accordance with the spirit proposed in the Fifth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Party and requirements of the provincial government, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, the urban agglomeration estabhsh and implement the strategy is of great significance, is the right time.
