摘要
研究了白炭黑用量对橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM)胶料性能的影响,通过SEM观察了白炭黑的分散情况及断面形貌。实验结果表明,随白炭黑用量增加,胶料焦烧时间及正硫化时间均减小,拉伸强度、撕裂强度、定伸应力均随白炭黑用量增加而增大,扯断伸长率及磨耗性能呈先增大后减小趋势。
The influence of silica loading level on properties of the blend was investigated.SEM was applied to observe the dispersion of silica and the fracture surface morphology.The results revealed that both scorch time and cure time decreased with the increase of silica loading;while tensile strength,tear strength and modulus at 100% increased.Elongation at break as well as abrasion resistance firstly increased and then decreased.
