摘要
目的制定三级甲等综合性军队医院护理质量综合评价校正方法。方法采用专家咨询法(又称德尔菲法)对18名临床护理专家进行两轮专家问卷咨询,听取专家意见和建议,筛选护理质量综合评价校正法所涉及的项目。结果专家的权威程度为0.911,两轮专家问卷的有效回收率均为100%,反映了专家对本项研究的支持和积极性极高。两轮调查总体指标专家的协调系数和χ2分别为0.811、0.818和58.416、58.896,说明专家意见协调性较好(P<0.05),咨询结果可以采用。结论护理质量综合评价校正法的建立,为医院的护理质量综合评价提供了新的工具,为护理质量评价工作的进一步研究和发展提供了有价值的参考依据。
Objective To develope a general correction method for nursing quality assessment in Grade III Level A comprehensive military hospitals.Methods With expert consultation（also known as the Delphi method）,18 clinical nursing specialists undergone two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires to seek their advice and recommendations and shift items related to the correction method for nursing quality assessment.Results The authority coefficients of expert was 0.911.The questionnaire response rates of two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire were both 100%,reflecting a very high support and enthusiasm from the experts.The overall coordinating coefficients and χ2 values of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 0.811,0.818 and 58.416,58.896,respectively,indicating a significant coordination of the expert advice（P0.05） and acceptale results of the consultation.Conclusion The establishment of correction method for the comprehensive nursing assessment provides new ideas for the further assessment of nursing quality and provides a valuable reference for further research and development of nursing quality assessment.
