孵化温度对中华鳖性别分化的影响 被引量:8

摘要 试验采用不同的孵化温度(22、25、28、30、32、35℃)孵化同一批次受精的中华鳖卵,在相同条件下饲养至能够鉴定性别。结果表明,当孵化温度为22℃时,不能正常进行孵化中华鳖卵;孵化温度在25~35℃时,中华鳖雄性率随温度的升高而升高。其雄性孵化比例分别为27.27%、38.1%、46.15%、66.67%、67.57%。由此说明,通过人为控制孵化温度可以影响中华鳖的性别比例,在一定温度范围内,孵化温度越高,雄性所占比例越大。 The same batch of fertilized eggs of Trionyx sinensis incubated in different temperature of 22, 25, 28, 30, 32, 35 ℃, which raised in the same conditions were determined sexes. The results showed that Trionyx sinensis eggs did not hatch when the incubation temperature was 22 ℃; Trionyx sinensis male rate was promoted with temperature promoted when the incubation temperature was form 25 to 35 ℃. Trionyx sinensis hatching male ratio of 27.27%, 38.1%, 46.15%, 66.67%, 67.57%. The result suggests that the sexes of Trionyx sinensis be controlled at different temperature and there will be more males when incubation temperature was higher.
