In order to comprehensively enhance the whole school-running level,higher vocational schools must try to build high-level teaching staff.In the construction and management of teaching staff,Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Civil Administration has effectively enhanced the whole level of teaching staff and teachers' abilities for talent cultivation,made students enjoy excellent services and enhanced students' employment abilities by boosting professionalization,standardization,tabulation and fining in management and boosting standardization,modularization,internationalization and informationalization facing to future.
