摘要
目的:评价补肾活血中药足浴治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的疗效。方法:40例糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者随机分成足浴治疗组和对照组,疗程3周,观察其临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、密西根糖尿病神经评分及足趾末梢血氧饱和度等变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率70%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在改善症状、减轻神经功能损伤及改善末梢血氧饱和度方面,治疗组均优于对照组。结论:补肾活血中药足浴能明显改善糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者症状,疗效较好,且该疗法操作简单、费用低廉,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of the patients of DPN of lower limb by a foot bath medicated with traditional Chinese medicine of Bushen Huoxue recipe. Methods ：40 cases of DPN of lower limb were selected with certain diagnostic standard, they were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the medicine control group, 20 cases in each group, three weeks was a course of treatment. Before and after treatment we observe the curative effects and the changes of Chinese medicine clinical symtoms scores and Michigan diabetic neuropathy scores and the change of toes blood oxygen saturation. Results ： In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 95% ;in the medicine control group,the total effective rate was 70%. The improving of clinical symptoms and descending of MDNS Scores as the same as toes blood oxygen saturation in treatment group were superior to the control group. Conclusion ： Foot bath medicated with traditional Chinese medicine is an effective method for treating DPN in lower limb. The method has obvious curative effect. The patients suffer litter and accept this method easily. And this method is very simply and worth spreading.
