摘要
在保证车辆维修质量和维修快速性的研究中,明确维修部位的难易程度,用可达性作为维修性的定性指标,但目前还缺少定量评价的方法。传统的方法只对装备的整体进行定性评价,不能对不同的等级维修和零部件维修进行评价。根据维修工程和人机工程理论,建立虚拟维修仿真平台,通过给虚拟人模型构造视野内切锥,针对典型的维修姿态,对维修作业过程中单个零部件拆卸的视觉可达性给出了定量评价的可视锥法。方法为不同维修等级的整体视觉可达性评价提供了依据,为新型特种车辆的方案论证和研制提供了视觉可达性的定量评价手段。
Accessibility is a qualitative index of the difficult degree of approaching the position to be maintained while maintaining the vehicle,however,it cannot be evaluated through quantitative method.Traditional method is for the whole vehicle,but not for the different maintenance grade.Based on the maintenance engineering theory and man-machine engineering theory,the vision accessibility evaluation method of special vehicle is discussed on the virtual maintenance simulation platform.Aiming at the typical maintenance pose,the quantitative vision cone method of vision accessibility evaluation for single parts' disassembly in the process of maintenance exercise is given through constructing inscribed cone for model of virtual human.Based on this method,the gist is provided for the evaluation of whole visual accessibility in every maintenance grade.The paper provides some feasible methods for the qualitative evaluation of the index of maintenance visibility,in the meantime,it also provides some means for maintenance visibility and evaluation during the early period of new special vehicles' scenario argumentation and manufacture.
