摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)不典型心电图的特点,以提高AMI诊断率。方法选择不典型ECC改变的AMI患者30例,分析其ECG特点。结果经确诊为AMI的30例患者的心肌酶均符合AMI的酶学变化,20例无病理性Q波,有ST抬高,T波直立形成单向曲线;10例仅有非特异性ST-T改变,但心肌酶谱均有明显升高。结论 AMI患者大多数ECG都有典型的图形改变,但有不少患者AMI发生后ECG不出现典型改变,需要临床仔细鉴别。
Objective To explore acute myocardial infarction not typical electrocardiogram features to improve the AMI diagnosis.Methods Totally 30 patients with AMI to analyze the ECG characteristics.Results 30 patients diagnosed with AMI,myocardial enzymes in patients with the enzyme changes are in line with AMI,20 patients without pathologic Q wave,ST elevation,T wave upright to form one-way curve;10 patients with only nonspecific ST-T change,but were significantly higher in myocardial enzymes.Conclusions Most patients with AMI ECG changes are typical graphics,but a number of AMI patients without typical ECG changes,need clinical carefully identified.
