摘要
硒是人体和动物所必需的微量元素,在自然界中以Se2-、Se0、Se4+和Se6+的无机和有机形态存在。微生物在硒的形态转化中发挥着重要的作用,影响着地质环境中硒的地球化学循环。本文重点综述了与硒相关的微生物类群、微生物在硒形态转化过程中的作用机理及其与硒相关微生物的最新研究方法,并就其应用前景和存在的问题与展望也给予了简要介绍,以了解和深化认识硒的微生物地球化学。
Selenium is an essentiaI trace element for human beings and animals. It primarily exists as inorganic or organic selenium species such as Se^2- , Se°, Se^4+ and Se^6+ in the environment. Microorganisms play an important role in the transformation of selenium speciation, which predominantly drive the geochemical cycle of selenium in the geological environment. In this pa- per, the focus is placed on the microbes in relation to selenium, the action mechanism of microbes during the transformation of selenium speciation, and the recently developed methods for studying microbes on selenium. In addition, future microbial biore- mediation application on selenium pollution, the issues involved in the study of microbes on selenium and prospects were also presented in order that readers would get a better understanding about the microbial geochemistry of selenium.
