摘要
幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori)是消化性溃疡、慢性活动性胃炎的重要致病因素,也是胃癌演变的始动因子,与胃淋巴瘤的发生、发展有一定的关系。根除幽门螺杆菌对胃肠疾病的转归和预防有着重要作用。但是由于抗菌药物的滥用,使得对耐药幽门螺杆菌的治疗变得比较棘手。本文就中西医治疗幽门螺杆菌的研究现状予以综述,为临床治疗提供参考。
Helicobacter pylori（H.pylori） is a important pathogenic factor on peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis,it also plays a crucial role on gastric cancer,and it has some relationship with the development of gastric lymphoma.Eradication of H.pylori is very important for prevention and treatment of peptic gastroduodenal disease.However,treatment failure often occurs because of resistance of H.pylori to current antimicrobials.This article has reviewed the research advances of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on Helicobacter pylori infectious.
