摘要 由于细菌对抗生素耐药性不断出现,研发新型抗菌药物已迫在眉睫。抗菌肽是一种广泛存在于生物体内具备多生物活性的小分子多肽,其独特的抗菌机制和细菌不易对其产生耐药性,已倍受人们关注。论文对抗菌肽来源、分类以及生物特性、相关数据库基本情况、存在的问题等方面研究进展进行综述。 Along with the advent of resistance to antibiotics,the development of new antimicrobial agents is a matter of great urgency.The special antibacterial mechanism of antibacterial peptide doesn't make bacteria to become resistant easily.Antibacterial peptide is a kind of minor polypeptides which widely distributed in organism with multi-bioactivity.The studies on the antimicrobial peptide drew more and more attention.This paper gave a review to the research of antimicrobial peptides,including source,classification,bio-characteristics,related database and existing problems.
