摘要
为研制猪粪微生物除臭剂,本试验以发酵猪粪为样本筛选除臭微生物并对其生长曲线进行测定,结果从发酵猪粪中分离得到4株具有除臭功能的菌株,经染色镜检和生化反应判定为枯草芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和班图酒香酵母菌,且这4株菌株的生长曲线各具特点。
To prepare microbial deodorant,the deodorizing microorganisms were isolated from samples of fermented manure,and their growth curves were determined by turbidimetry assay.Four strains with deodorizing function were isolated from swine manure and identified as Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus pumilus,Lactobacillus acidophilus and Brettanomyces custersianus by bacterial staining and biochemical reactions.The growth curves of the strains showed different in liquid medium.
