摘要
本实验将净选后的废纸送入水力碎浆机,同时加入热水和化学药品。碎浆完毕后进行洗涤,然后进行恒温熟化,用80目网袋洗涤至洗液清澈呈中性。本实验加入碎浆机中的化学药品有H2O2、NaOH、Na2SiO3,水力碎浆与脱墨温度在40℃～60℃调节温度变化,碎浆时间30min。最后将干燥的再生纸进行白度、色度、回收率分析。
The waste paper will be sent into the hydraulic pulper after the election,while adding hot water and chemicals.Washing is carried out after pulping,then aging temperature.After curing,washing the lotion with 80 mesh bags until it is clear and neutral.The chemicals added to the pulpier are H2O2,NaOH,Na2SiO3.Hydro-pulping and de-inking temperature is between 40 ℃～60 ℃.Pulping time is 30min.Finally,do whiteness,color,and recovery analysis on the dried recycled paper.
