纳米材料应用食品农药残留检测研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 食品农药残留不仅是经济问题、市场问题,更是涉及到民众生命健康问题。当前制约食品农药残留检测瓶颈是缺少灵敏、快速、安全、经济方法,将纳米材料引入食品农药残留检测,不仅解决这个瓶颈问题,也成为分析化学一个研究热点,取得许多创新性研究成果;将纳米材料与生物学、免疫学、电化学及材料技术相结合,应用到检测食品残留农药方法中,是检测农药残留重要发展趋势。本文综述纳米材料应用于食品农药残留检测中研究进展。 Pesticide residues in food are the economic and market problem,and are directly related to the healthy of consumers.The disadvantage of the current determination method of pesticide residues in food is a lack of the sensitivity,fast,secure and economical method.Application of of nanomaterials in analysis of pesticide residues in food overcomes the disadvantages of the current a determination method,is the research focus of analytical chemistry and obtains an amount of innovative research achievement.Combined with biology,immunology,electrochemistry and material technology,nanotechnology is important tendency for analysis of pesticide residues in food.The article reviewed the research progress of nanomaterials in analysis of pesticide residues in food.
