摘要
通过西夫碱中间体合成了 O丁烷基壳聚糖 。用苯甲醛与壳聚糖 反应形成苄叉壳 聚糖,再用氯丁烷与之反应,之 后用稀乙醇盐酸 溶液处理移去西夫 碱。衍生物的结构用 元素分析、 I R 和 X射线衍射进行了表征。在壳聚糖分子的 C2 和 C6 位上引入不同基团,削弱了分子间的作用力,进一步 增强了溶解性。
O butylchitosan was synthesized via Schiff base intermediate.Firstly, chitosan reacts with benzylaldehyde to form N benzylidenechitosan, which reacts with butyl chloride to give O butyl N benzylidenechitosan.Secodly, O butylchitosan was obtained by using dilute ethanolic hydrochloridc solution to remove the Schiff base in O butyl N bentylidenechitosan. The structural characteristic of the chitosan derivatives were discussed on the basis of element analysis, IR and X ray diffraction. The crystalline structure of chitosan was decreased by introduced various groups in the C 2 and C 6 position and its solubility in the dilute acid solution was remarkably enhanced.
