摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷法和比较法,并通过与世界射箭强国韩国进行比较,对福建省射箭运动的发展现状、存在问题及制约因素进行探讨和分析。结果表明:福建省青少年射箭运动员培养体系不健全,高水平队伍训练强度及难度偏小,运动员培养过程中功利性太强,训练方法不尽科学,提出了相应的整改对策。
By using the mathods of literature,questionnaire and comparison,and comparing with Korea that is an archery power in the world,the author of this paper discusses and analyzes the situation,existing problems and restriction in the sport of archery in Fujian Province.The results show that,in Fujian archery,the junior athletes trainings system is not perfect enough,the intensity and difficulty of training for the high-performance team are low,the utilitarianism in athletes training is too much pursued and the training methods are not scientific.The corresponding countermeasure is thereupon put forward.
