摘要
建立标准件库是汽车覆盖件模具设计中减少重复设计与重复绘图的重要手段.利用UG平台的CAD/CAM/CAE一体化功能,针对某汽车厂的设计需求,依据国内模具行业标准并引用面向功能的思想,给出了通过UG二次开发所建立的标准件库的设计方案和系统结构,并通过凸模设计实例说明了建立标准件库的过程.在所设计的标准件库中,实现了零件的调用与装配,完成了汽车覆盖件模具结构的模板化设计,简化了设计过程,提高了设计效率.
The standard parts library is an essential way to reduce repeated design and drafting in automobile panel die design.Using the CAD/CAE/CAM integrative function of UG,according to die industry standard of China and citing the function-oriented thought,the design scheme and system architecture of the library is given based on the design requirement of an automobile factory,and the process of establishing the library is shown through the punch design example.In this designed standard parts library,the parts are successfully called and assembled,and the template design for the whole automobile panel die structure is finished,simplifying the design process and improving the design efficiency.
