依帕司他联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病效果观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察依帕司他联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取糖尿病肾病患者126例,给予依帕司他、前列地尔联合用药,观察患者治疗前后血糖、血压、肾功能、血浆蛋白的变化情况。结果患者收缩压、舒张压在治疗第4周、第8周均有明显下降,FBG在治疗第8周有明显降低;患者BUN、TP及UAER水平在治疗8周时均有明显改善;126例患者在治疗期间无明显不良反应发生,偶见腹痛、腹泻、头晕现象,经调整用药后症状消失。结论依帕司他联合前列地尔可保护肾功能,有效降低血糖、控制蛋白尿,值得临床推广使用。
