摘要
针对传统通用水文预报系统存在"专用性"、"封闭性"和"低水平重复开发"的弊端,长江水利委员会水文局经过反复调研,在整合以往不同时期开发的优质资源的基础上,采用各种先进技术手段,开发完成了"通用型水文预报平台(简称WISHFS)"。该平台包含"通用水文预报软件资源库"与"二次开发子平台"。基于自主研发的二次开发子平台,应用可"装配"的水文预报软件资源库,以不编码的交互方式创建专用洪水预报系统实例项目,并拓展使用功能,实现了系统通用化移植安装和功能自我扩展的新途径。
Traditional general hydrological forecasting system has several defects such as specificity,closure,low-level repeated development.Therefore,we developed Water Information System-Hydrological Forecasting System(WISHFS) with various advanced technologies,on the basis of integrating the developed resources with high quality in different periods.WISHFS includes general hydrological forecasting software resources base and sub-platform of secondary development.In view of this independently developed platform,we apply the assembly hydrological forecasting software resources base to establish example project of specified flood forecasting system in no-encoding interactive way,and expand functions to realize a new way of systematic general implanted installation and self-expanding functions.
