摘要
农村公共服务体系是社会服务的一种形式,具有非竞争性和非排他性。目前,我国农村公共服务体系建设与现代农业发展要求还存在一定的距离,不仅在提高农民生活水平方面严重缺位,而且影响了农村经济社会的发展。吉林省在农村公共服务体系建设方面同样存在基础设施建设滞后、公益服务短缺和信息不畅等问题。因此,建立和完善吉林省农村公共服务体系是摆在我们面前的重要任务。
Rural public service system is a form of social services,with a non-competitive and non-exclusive.However,the construction of rural public service system and the requirements of the development of modern agriculture there are still some distance,not only in improving the living standards of farmers seriously absence,but also affected the rural economy and social development.Jilin public service system in rural areas there are also underdeveloped infrastructure,poor public services,and information such as the shortage problem.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of rural public service system in Jilin Province in front of us is an important task.
