液液萃取-HPLC-ESI-MS法同步测定环境水样中的三氯卡班和三氯生 被引量:17

Simultaneous determination of triclosan and triclocarban in environmental water samples by liquid extration combined with HPLC-ESI-MS

摘要 建立了LLE-HPLC-ESI-MS同步测定环境水样中三氯卡班(TCC)和三氯生(TCS)的分析方法。用40 mL二氯甲烷液-液萃取400 mL水样两次,合并萃取液后旋蒸至2~3 mL,在室温下用柔和的N2吹干1,mL甲醇复溶,进行HPLC-ESI-MS检测。考察了方法的线性参数、最低检出限以及回收率。该方法的检出限分别为TCC 5 ng/L,TCS 15 ng/L,在10-1000 ng/L和50-1000 ng/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为TCC 3.4%,TCS 4.7%。该方法可应用于实际环境水样的检测。 In this paper,a method for the simultaneous determination of triclosan and triclocarban by liquid liquid extraction using dichloromethane combined with HPLC-ESI-MS has been developed.The linear parameters,LODs and spiked recoveries have also been optimized.The LODs,linear range and RSD of triclosan and triclocarban are 5 ng/L and 15 ng/L,10-1000 ng/L and 50-1000 ng/L,3.4 % and 4.7 %,respectively.The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of real wastewater samples and satisfactory results were obtained.
