灯盏花素葡萄糖注射液安全性评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过多种动物实验对灯盏花素葡萄糖注射液的安全性进行评价,分别进行了灯盏花素葡萄糖注射液的一般药理性实验、局部刺激性实验、急性毒性实验、溶血性实验、被动过敏性试验。方法与结果:通过相关的动物实验结果表明,灯盏花素葡萄糖注射液对实验动物一般生理性活动和精神及神经活动无明显影响,局部刺激反应不明显,成功得出该药对小鼠的静脉注射LD50值为267.57mg/kg,95%可信限为248.21~288.44mg/kg,腹腔注射的给药最大耐受量为600mg/kg;在溶血实验中0.08mg/ml浓度下未见溶血反应;灯盏花素葡萄糖注射液低剂量(2mg/kg)、高剂量(4mg/kg)静脉注射,豚鼠背部皮肤被动过敏反应(Passive Cutaneous Anaphylaxis,PCA)为阴性。结论:由所有的实验表明该药物的安全性良好。 Through a variety of animal experiments to evaluate the Br-eviscapine glucose injection's safety. Respectively test the Breviscapine glucose injection's general pharmacological, local stimulation, acute toxicity, haemolysis and passive allergy, the animal experiments results showed that Breviscapine glucose injection had no significant effect in animals general physical activities and mental and nervous activities in the general pharmacological experiments ,and had little response in local stimulation test, otherwise , successfully obtained the drug for intravenous injection in mice Half lethal dose was 267.57mg/kg, confidence interval was 248. 21-288. 44mg/kg, and the MTD of intraperitoneal injection was 600mg/kg; in the hemolytic experiments, there no hemolytic reaction under the concentration 0. 08mg/ml; the Passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test in guinea pigs back showed negative, under intravenous injecting the Breviscapine glucose injection from the low-dose 2mg/kg to the high-dose 4mg/kg. From all of the experiments showed that the safety of the drug was good.
