摘要
自升式平台的穿刺会对平台结构或桩腿造成不同程度的损伤,因此非常有必要对作业井位进行插桩穿刺安全性评估。在总结国内外穿刺计算方法的基础上,首先分析了接近穿刺状态下上覆砂层的抗剪切能力,对桩基承载力公式进行了修正;然后对穿刺安全系数进行了探讨,推荐了平台作业期处于台风季时采用的安全系数;最后提出了更完善的穿刺分析和作业流程,并以HYSY9××平台在某井位插桩计算为例验证了所提出的方法。
Jackup installation is often faced with potential punch-through problems, which could produce fatalities on the legs or jacking systems. Thus it is essential to perform installation safety assessment on site specifically before deployment. Based on research of punch-through calculation methods in home and abroad, investigations on shear force of the firm layer, ultimate bearing capacity and safety factor are discussed. An analysis flow chart for potential punch-through site is also proposed. Finally, this analysis method is illustrated with HYSY9 x X installation as an example.
