摘要
血压的变化是一个连续的过程,高血压前期人群存在多种心血管危险因素。该文对高血压前期与血糖、血脂、体质指数和腰围、呼吸暂停和低通气指数、血尿酸、血管弹性、微量白蛋白尿、血清C-反应蛋白、血浆γ-谷氨酰基转移酶等心血管危险因素的关系进行综述。
Changing in the blood pressure is a continual process and there are many kinds of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases in prehypertension, including not only impaired glucose regulation, dyslipidemin, obesity, OSAHS, hyperuircemia, microalbuminuria, dysfunction of arterial elasticity, but also disorder of the serum CRP and the serum gamma-glutamyl transferase and so on. This article reviewed recent progress on the association between prehypertension and these risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.
