布地奈德雾化吸入对急性发作哮喘儿童血浆细胞因子水平的影响和疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入对急性发作哮喘儿童血浆细胞因子水平的影响和疗效观察。方法选择68例急性发作期的哮喘患儿。随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均为34例。两组患儿均常规予以抗感染、平喘及对症处理。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用布地奈德混悬液2mL(1mg)雾化吸入,每天2次。观察两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效,并观察血浆细胞因子IL-6I、L-8和TNF-α水平的变化。结果治疗1周后,治疗组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=4.22,P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前血浆细胞因子IL-6I、L-8和TNF-α水平比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗1周后两组患儿血浆IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.01),且治疗组的下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效显著,能明显改善患者临床症状,缩短病程,安全性较好,作用机制可能与纠正血浆细胞因子的水平失调有关。
