摘要
废新闻本纸浆中树脂的溶出及沉积对造纸过程及产品质量有较大影响。利用苯-乙醇抽提的方法探讨预处理工艺条件对新闻纸用脱墨浆树脂溶出规律的影响,实验表明:在浓度、pH值、处理时间、处理温度这些因素中浓度的影响最大,然后依次是pH值、处理时间、温度。在浆料浓度1.5%、pH值10、时间30min、温度70℃的条件下,浆中树脂抽出物含量最低。
The stripping and deposition of resins in ONP pulp have a great influence over the papermaking process as well as the product quality.The method of benzene-ethanol extraction can be used to discuss about pretreatment technology influence over the stripping law of newsprint deinking pulp.It shows that among the four factors,pulp consistence,pH,reaction time and temperature,pulp consistence is the most influential,then in turn are pH,reaction time and temperature.To make the resin extraction content in the pulp the least,the experiment must meet the following four conditions：pulp consistence of 1.5%,pH 10,reaction time of 10 minutes and temperature of 70 ℃.
