摘要
我国高校思想政治教育的发展始终受制于高校思想政治教育政策的调整与变革。因此,对建国以来高校思想政治教育政策的变迁进行全面审视具有重要意义。依据高校思想政治教育发展的实际状况将高校思想政治教育政策的变迁分为政策的选择与初创、政策的发展与异化、政策的恢复与重构、政策的加强与改进等四个阶段。同时对各阶段政策的影响因素、特征、效果和存在的不足进行分析。
The development of ideological and political education in university has always been subject to policy adjustment and reform.Therefore,it is important to conduct a comprehensive review to the policy development of ideological and political education since the founding of new China.Based on the actual situation of the ideological and political devolopment in universities,the paper compartmentalized the development of ideological and political education policy into four phases：policy options and start-up,policy development and dissimilation,policy recovery and reconstruction,policy strengthen and improve.Meanwhile,analysed the influence factors,characteristics,effects and shortcomings of various phases.
