摘要
本文介绍了江铜集团贵溪冶炼厂(以下简称贵冶)30万t铜冶炼工程配套项目铜阳极泥处理改扩建子项的设计及工程投产后的生产实践和主要技术指标情况。生产实践表明,经过优化改进的工艺在生产上取得了十分良好的效果,实现了铜阳极泥处理能力与80万t电铜所产阳极泥能力匹配的目的,各项技术经济指标均有较大幅度提高。
This paper introduces the process design of copper anode slime of 300,000 tons copper smelting engineering supporting project in Guixi Smelter,describes the production practice and the main technical indices.The practical results shows that,the optimized process has achieved effective results in production,to get the satisfaction purpose which the processing capacity and the copper anode slime produced by 800,000 ton electrolytic copper realize good match.Various technical and economic indices have been greatly improved.
