摘要
阐述了城镇燃气管道建设期间完整性管理的基本思路、主要任务和存在的质量风险类型。建立了燃气管道质量故障树,运用布尔代数求出故障树的最小割集,计算出各个基本事件的结构重要度系数,识别出建设期间燃气管道质量事故的主要危险源。对主要危险源进行了分类,提出了3项风险控制措施。
The basic ideas, main tasks and type of quality risks in integrity management of city gas pipeline during construction are deseribed. The fault tree of gas pipeline quality is established, and the minimum cut sets of fault tree are solved by Boolean algebra. The struetural importanee eoeffieients of all basic events are calculated, and the main risk sources of gas pipeline quality faults during construetion are identified. The main risk sourees are classified, and three risk eontrol measures are proposed.
