摘要
利用盐浴炉对含钒烘烤硬化钢连续退火生产工艺进行了模拟,研究不同退火温度和过时效工艺对含钒烘烤硬化钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,在水淬条件下进行不同温度退火时,随着退火温度升高,试验钢的强度呈下降趋势,n值、延伸率及BH值均随温度升高而升高;而经过时效处理后,抗拉强度有所下降,屈服强度及延伸率有所提高,BH值几乎消失。
Different annealing processes for the bake-hardening steel containing vanadium were studied.The results showed that in the water quenching condition,the tensile and yield strength decreased,the n value,BH value and the elongation increased with the increasing of annealing temperature.After over-aging treatment,the tensile strength decreased,the yield strength and elongation increased,and the value of BH almost disappeared.
