摘要
超超临界发电机组对选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝装置提出了更高的要求,而SCR脱硝装置的关键设备液氨蒸发器对系统正常运行至关重要。结合某超超临界2×1 036 MW机组SCR脱硝装置的液氨蒸发器,介绍该液氨蒸发器的结构及其加热蛇管、气液分离器与蒸汽加热器等部件,给出其选型及设计要领。
More heightened requirements for selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitrification system have been put forward by the ultra-supercritical power-generating units,while the liquid ammonia evaporator,a key equipment in SCR denitrification system,is of vital importance for normal operation of the system.Combined with the liquid ammonia evaporator of SCR denitrification system for the ultra-supercritical 2×1 036 MW units,the structure of said evaporator,as well as its heating pipe coil,air-liquid separator,and steam heater etc.,have been presented.
