不同发酵剂对水稻秸青贮发酵品质及营养价值的影响 被引量:15

Effects of different additives on fermentation quality and nutrition value quality of rice straw silage

摘要 为了研究乳酸菌和绿汁发酵液对水稻秸青贮发酵品质及营养价值的影响,在水稻秸青贮中分别添加乳酸菌制剂(2 L/t)和青玉米汁发酵液(2 L/t),以不使用添加剂处理作为对照,60 d后对水稻秸青贮进行感官评定和实验室评定。结果表明:与对照组相比,青贮饲料中添加青玉米汁发酵液可显著提高饲料的CP及乳酸含量,显著降低青贮饲料的pH值、氨态氮/总氮值、NDF及ADF的含量(P<0.05);各处理组间乙酸与丁酸含量差异显著(P<0.05),木质素含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合比较,添加乳酸菌制剂和青玉米汁发酵液的水稻秸青贮发酵品质及营养价值均优于对照组,而且添加青玉米汁发酵液的水稻秸青贮发酵品质及营养价值更好。 In order to study the effects of the lactobacillus and previous fermented juice(PFJ) on the fer- mentation quality and nutrition value quality of rice straw silage, lactobacillus and corn fermented juice were added to rice straw silage, and without additive as the control. Local evaluation and lab evaluation were involved to analysis the silage after 60 days. The study showed that crude protein(CP) concentration and lactic acid concentration with adding PFJ were significantly increased in silage feed , and pH value, VBN/TN, NDF and ADF concentration with PFJ were significantly decreased compared with the control (P〈0.05); The difference of the acetic acid concentration and butyric acid concentration were significant among these groups(P〈O.05), the difference of ADL content was insignificant(P〉O.05)o Compared com- prehensively, the fermentation quality and nutrition value of the rice straw silage with adding lactobacil- lus and corn fermented juice were better than the control group, and the fermentation quality and nutrition value of the rice straw silage with adding corn fermented juice was best.
