摘要
目的:比较下颌切牙瓷贴面与全冠冠修复效果,为临床选择应用提供参考。方法:选择我院口腔中心患者258例,随机分为两组,采用IPS Empress2瓷贴面下颌切牙195颗和IPS Empress 2全瓷冠修复下颌切牙148颗,于治疗后2周、1年、3年复查,对患者4项指标即修复体完整度、边缘适合度、颜色匹配及牙龈反应进行对比观察。结果:瓷贴面和全瓷冠修复都是较好的美容修复技术,两组间4项指标不具有统计学差异。结论:下颌切牙的美容修复,制备要求高,在合适的适应症中,仍归同于前牙美容修复方案的选择,即瓷贴面的优先选择。
Objective To compare the clinical performance between ceramic veneer and all-ceramic crown restored for mandibular incisors.Provide references for clinical use.Methods 258 patients were randomly divided into two groups.195 mandibular incisors were restored with IPS Empress 2 ceramic veneers.148 mandibular incisors were restored with IPS Empress 2 all-ceramic crowns.Restorations were evaluated after luting in two weeks and 12,36 months.The integrity of restoration,marginal adaptation,color match and gingival condition were assessed.Results there is no statistical difference of the four criteria between the two groups（P0.05）.Both ceramic veneers and all-ceramic crowns are good choice for cosmetic restorations.Conclusion because of the strict requirement for tooth preparation in the cosmetic restoration of mandibular incisors,ceramic veneers are still recommended whenever indicated,which is similar to the cosmetic restorations for other anterior teeth.
