空中交通改航路径评估方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对航班改航路径的优劣提出了三种评估模型。首先,从航线的安全性、经济性、管制员及飞行员的工作负荷、同计划航线的差异和航线飞行的舒适性角度出发,选取5个评估指标。然后,应用层次分析法分别确定这5个指标在飞行-空管评估模型、航空公司评估模型和综合评估模型下的权重。最后,将各评估模型应用于现有改航飞行路径的评估,研究结果表明,各评估模型可从不同角度对改航路径进行评估,具有实用性强的特点。 To solve the problem of flight rerouting path selection,three evaluation models are proposed.First,in consideration of the flight security,flight economy,air traffic controller's and pilot's workload,difference between the rerouting path and the schedule path,and flight comfort,5 indexes were selected to evaluate the flight rerouting path.Then,the pilot-air traffic controller evaluation model,the airlines evaluation model and the comprehensive evaluation model were established by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the index weights of each evaluation model were computed.Finally,the flight rerouting paths obtained in references were evaluated by using above three evaluation models.The results show that different models can evaluate the rerouting path from different angles,and have strong practicality.
