摘要
利用有机基质无土栽培方式种植菜心,以无机肥料处理为对照,研究了微生物肥料、鸡粪、猪粪以及配合施用对蔗渣基质栽培菜心的产量及品质的影响。结果表明,与施用等氮量的无机肥(对照)相比,鸡粪、猪粪及微生物有机肥的菜心,可食部分硝酸盐含量为517.6-725.1 mg.kg-1FW,比对照低47.7%-66.9%。微生物肥料、有机肥以及两者配施均能提高可食部分的Vc含量达18%-45.7%,提高可溶性蛋白质含量达34.8%-85.4%。微生物肥料显著增加可食部分的产量,有机肥以及有机肥+微生物肥的处理的产量相当于对照产量的85.1%-106.7%。微生物肥料与鸡粪的配合施用的菜心可食部分产量较高而硝酸盐含量最低。因此,在有机生态型无土栽培中,利用微生物肥料以及有机肥可以提高菜心可食部分产量和品质,生产优质蔬菜。
The effects of microbe-fertilizer,chicken ordure,pig ordure and both microbe-fertilizer and the manure on the yield and quality in edible portion of the flowering Chinese cabbage were studied in organic ecological soilless cultivation with inorganic fertilizer treatment as controls.The results showed that the content of nitrate in edible parts of vegetable enhanced by microbe fertilizer or manures was lower than that of the control treatment with inorganic N with the same application of N,since it varied between 517.6~725.1 mg·kg-1 FW,which was 47.7%~66.9% lower than that of the control.Both the microbe fertilizer and manures could enhance the levels of Vc and soluble protein in the edible parts which was up to 18%~45.7% and 34.8%~85.4% respectively.Moreover,microbe fertilizer could indeed elevate the plant height of leafy vegetables,and the vegetable treated with manures or both manures and microbe fertilizer had 85.1%~106.7% yield of the control treatment.The content of nitrate in edible parts of the flowering Chinese cabbage applied by microbe fertilizer and chicken ordure was the lowest,while the yield of the vegetable was higher.Therefore,the use of microbial fertilizer and organic fertilizer could improve the edible part yield and quality of the flowering Chinese cabbage,and the high quality vegetables in organic ecological soilless cultivation.
