将学习型组织理论引入高校图书馆,适应了时代的要求,有助于图书馆不断提高服务效率。介绍了在学习型图书馆中如何更好地提升服务理念,拓展服务项目,建设服务团队,从而保障高校教育事业的蓬勃发展。
Introducing the theory of learning-type organization into university library,which adapts to the needs of the times,helps the library to improve service efficiency.This paper introduces the problem of how to promote the service concept,expand the service items and construct the service team in learning-type library for guaranteeing the booming of college education career.
