摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(vacuumsealingdrainage,VSD)在腹壁感染创面的应用.方法回顾性分析昆明医学院第二附属医院急诊外科2007年10月至2009年9月收治的6例腹壁感染创面患者应用VSD的治疗方法.结果全部病例创面愈合良好,换药次数明显减少,创面愈合时间明显缩短,术后住院天数明显缩短,住院费用明显降低,无并发症发生.结论负压封闭引流技术处理腹壁感染创面,操作简便,疗效显著.
Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）technology on infectious abdominal wound surface.Method Six patients with infectious wound surface after abdominal injury who were treated by vacuum sealing drainage,were retrospectively studied in our department from October 2007 to September 2009.Results In all patients,wound surface healed very well,the frequency of change dressings obviously decreased,the healing time of infected raw surface and postoperative hospital day shortened,the cost of hospitalization obviously lowered and no complications appeared.Conclusion VSD technology is an effective and convenient way in the treatment of infectious abdominal wound.
