摘要 电磁喇叭是一类典型的电声换能器件,基于虚拟样机原理完成了电磁喇叭周期振动特性的仿真分析与试验测试,得到了其单周期内触点电压与线圈电流的特征曲线,并结合动铁心位移曲线分析了电磁吸力特性。通过单周期内电源输入能量、磁场能量、吸力功、电阻消耗热能、电弧消耗能量的分析,确定了电磁喇叭的能量转换机理,所得的结论可直接用于以电磁喇叭为代表的电声器件的优化设计。 Electromagnetic horn is a kind of electroacoustic device. Based on the principle of virtual prototyping, the simulation and experiment research on cycle vibration characteristics of electromagnetic horn are performed, and the characteristic curves of contacts voltage and current in single cycle are obtained. The characteristic of electromagnetic force which having close relation with dynamic iron core displacement and coil current is analysis. The energy transfer mechanism of electromagnetic horn is investigated completely by electric energy, magnetic energy, attraction work, heat energy consumed by the electrical resistance of coil and the energy consumed by arc. The conclusions are valuable in optimizing the electroacoustic device such as electromagnetic horn.
