摘要
房地产项目投资是指将一定的资金投入到房地产项目投资活动中,以期将来获得更大收益的行为。由于房地产投资规模大、周期长,受经济、环境的诸多因素制约,本文构建了房地产项目投资决策指标集,在此基础上构建房地产投资指标评价体系,并运用熵权系数法建立指标体系权重模型,利用TOPSIS方法对房地产投资决策方案进行综合评价,以达到客观、准确评价的目的。
Real estate investment refers to the behavior which needs funds to be put into real estate investment activities,with the expectation to obtain greater gains in the future.Since the characteristic of large-scale,long term,as well as being subject to the restrictions of many factors such as economy and environment,this paper firstly establishes the index set of real estate investment decisions,and thus set up the system of index evaluation of real estate investment,and applies entropy weight coefficient method to establish the weight model of index system,and make use of the TOPSIS method to conduct comprehensive assessment on real estate investment decision scheme as so to achieve the goal of objective and accurate evaluation.
