摘要
"对口援疆,教育为基"为新疆提供了有力的发展契机。本文运用格兰杰因果检验的方法对新疆教育投入和新疆经济发展之间的关系进行分析,并将分析结果同全国和其他省份教育投入和经济发展之间的关系进行比较,分析了新疆由于经济发展水平较低带来的教育投资总量偏低、贫困家庭对教育的重视度低等原因,最后提出了重视教育的观念、加快经济发展、提高教育投入、增加教育投入的筹资渠道和促进教育均衡发展等对策建议。
It's a strong opportunity that the Counterparts support Xinjiang and education-based for Xin- jiang. This paper analyses the relationship of educational input and economic Development in Xinjiang by Granger causality test, and compared with the whole country and other provinces. Lead to the conclusion that: with the slow economic development, Xinjiang's low gross educational input and poor families have a light education notion and so on. At last, this paper proposes some measures: deeply implement education notion; promote educational input increase; broaden educational input's financing channels and promote education's balanced development.
